The Lion’s Mane is traditionally consumed for its beneficial bioactive components such as polysaccharides and Beta-glucans (immunity, antiviral & anti-aging), as well as Hericenones and Erinacines (nervous system protection, nerve growth factor and prevention of neurological disorders).
