Organic Green Banana Resistant Starch powder, also known as PhytoBanana RS, is an ACO certified ingredient that is organically cultivated and sourced from the Piura region in Peru. Green Banana is typically consumed due to its natural source of resistant starch which is known to assist with various gastrointestinal ailments. The Organic PhytoBanana RS Powder has a neutral flavour, therefore, lending itself to various beverage and food applications. PhytoBanana RS can be substituted for regular baking flours and works well mixed in with liquids as a standalone fibre product.
