Organic PhytoPea SF is an ACO Certified Sprouted Fermented Pea Protein concentrate. Canadian Golden Yellow Peas are washed then soaked for 20 hours to activate the sprouting which removes the anti-nutrient content typically presented in plant-based foods and improves the absorption of vitamins & minerals. The Peas are then wet-milled and fermented to remove the pea starch and concentrate to 80% protein. Organic PhytoPea SF has a light, natural fermented taste, making it suitable for application in many types of food products.
