Organic Acai FD powder is an ACO Certified Organic ingredient that is sourced from Brazil. Acai Berry is native to the rainforests of South America and has been around for thousands of years in which it has been consumed by the locals for its natural health and medicinal benefits. The Organic Acai Berry powder is made from freeze-dried Acai pulp to encapsulate the naturally occurring antioxidant polyphenols, of which anthocyanins are the most abundant type. Studies have shown that anthocyanins can be beneficial for the promotion of cardiovascular health as well as regulating normal blood sugar level.
