Organic Acai Juice Spray-Dried (SD) Powder is an ACO Certified Organic ingredient that is sourced from Brazil. Acai Berry is native to the rainforests of South America and has been around for thousands of years in which it has been consumed by the locals for its natural health and medicinal benefits which come from the presence of anthocyanins. This product is made from Acai pulp using spray drying technique with the addition of cassava maltodextrin, making it easy to dissolve in water. It is suitable for applications which require good solubility, eg beverages.
