Organic Freeze-dried Red Miso Powder is a highly concentrated and convenient form of traditional Japanese miso paste that has been dried using a special freeze-drying technique. The organic red miso paste is made by fermenting soybeans with rice koji, water and salt for several months which allows the flavours to intensify. The organic freeze-dried red miso powder can be easily reconstituted with hot water to make a flavourful and nutritious broth. It is rich in umami flavour and can be used as seasoning to enhance the taste of a variety of dishes, including soups, stews, marinades, and dressings.
