Organic Lucuma Powder is an ACO certified organic plant-based wholefood that grows in the sub-tropical climate of the Andean Valleys of Peru, between 2700-3000 metres above sea level. The Lucuma fruit is considered by the Incas as a delicacy and is traditionally and commonly used in Peruvian celebrations. Our Organic Lucuma is grown by the local Peruvian farmer’s community and is harvested annually from October to March. Lucuma is known to be a natural source of fibre, vitamin B & C and calcium. Organic Lucuma Powder is an ideal ingredient for food and beverage applications.
