Organic Maitake Mushroom Powder is an Australian Certified Organic Mushroom powder commonly known as ‘Hen of the Woods’ or as ‘King of the Mushrooms’ by the Japanese. Maitake has vastly been studied for its bioactive polysaccharides (mainly Beta-glucan) and protein. The Maitake Mushroom is commonly known to have various health benefits ranging from anti-ageing, anti-depressant, liver protectant, immune-boosting and improving memory.
